The Piuray Lagoon Kayaking Tour is an exciting experience that will allow you to explore one of the most beautiful lagoons in Peru in a natural and peaceful environment. The Piuray Lagoon is located just 30 minutes from the city of Cusco, and is known for its crystal clear waters and stunning natural surroundings.
During the kayak tour, you will paddle through the calm waters of the lagoon, surrounded by mountains and spectacular natural scenery. In addition, you will have the opportunity to observe the diverse flora and fauna of the region, such as aquatic birds, fish, plants and endemic trees. You can also visit the town of Chinchero, known for its handmade textiles and colonial history, and enjoy a delicious meal typical of the region.

Itinerary
KAYAKING IN PIURAY HALF DAY
- 08:00 – 09:00 We start the experience at our hotel to meet with the group and head to the Piuray sector.
- 09:00 – 10:00 Upon arrival we will have a warm reception by our team very close to Piuray Lake, there we will have a full supply of hot drinks, water and snacks.
- 10:00 – 10:30 We will have a brief informative talk about the services and safety measures, we will also warm up a little with routine exercises.
- 10:45 – 11:00 We are given the kayak equipment, paddles, skirts and vests.
- 11:00 – 12:30 We begin our kayak paddling experience on the Piuray Lake enjoying the whole environment.
- 13:00 – 14:00 We finish the experience with the return to the city of Cusco.
- We finish our experience in the Regocijo square.
