DESCRIPTION
The Via Ferrata and Zip Line activity in Pachar, Cusco, is an exciting experience that will allow you to challenge your limits while enjoying the panoramic views of the Peruvian Andes. The tour begins with a hike of approximately one hour to the base of the mountain, where you will begin to climb the rock with the support of a specialized security system. As you make your way up the mountain, you will enjoy spectacular views of the region’s natural landscapes as you follow the stairs and metal walkways secured to the rock face.
You will then reach the top of the mountain, where you can enjoy the panoramic view from a specially constructed platform. From there, you will begin to descend a series of zip lines that will take you back down to the base of the mountain, through a landscape of forests and crystal clear rivers.

Itinerary
VIA FERRATA + ZIP LINE HALF DAY
- 08:00 – 10:00 Beginning of the experience at your hotel and meeting with the rest of the group to go to the Pachar sector.
- 10:00 – 10:30 Informative talk about safety measures, delivery of safety equipment.
- 10:30 – 11:30 We ascend to the top of the mountain by the metal steps that are there, upon arrival we have our reward which is the panoramic view of the beautiful sacred valley.
- 12:00 – 12:20 We start the descent through the zip lines, the adrenaline increases with the speed.
- 12:30 We finish at the base with the decision of whether to return to Cusco or continue to Ollantaytambo.
- You can finish in Ollantaytambo square or in San Francisco square – Regocijo square.
